Hello, world!
SME-in-a-Box started out as a project to compile open source business applications into a demo LiveCD. It was conceptualized by the International Open Source Network and funded by the United Nations Development Programme. I undertook the project in 2007 and completed it in the same year, ultimately producing the LiveCD, Debian-installable package files (designed for Ubuntu 6.06LTS), and the documentation.
I’ve decided to relaunch the web site to monitor the developments in open source projects of interest to small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Congratulations on the relaunch. There’s a real lack of good Linux information for smaller businesses and the not-for-profit sector. I wish you well and will check back often. I’m currently helping to prepare a “Why Linux” presentation for a small business and found the SME-in-a-box info through UNDP.
Thanks, Aubrey. I hope I don’t disappoint.
